Terms of Service

1. Service

Enrichkit ("Service") is a B2B profile enrichment API operated by Reachkit LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your API keys confidential.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Credits do not roll over between billing periods. No refunds for partial months. You can cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell API access without our written permission
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or stalk individuals
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas
• Use the Service in violation of applicable laws

5. Data

The Service returns publicly available professional profile data. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data returned. You are responsible for your use of the data in compliance with applicable laws.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
