Enrichkit is operated by Reachkit LLC. This policy describes how we handle your information when you use our API service.

What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to provide the Service:

• Account information: your email address
• Usage data: API request logs (endpoint, timestamp, status code)
• Billing data: managed by Stripe — we do not store payment card details
• Analytics: page views and product usage via PostHog

How we use it

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Send authentication codes to your email
• Track usage against your plan limits
• Improve the product based on usage patterns

Third parties

We use the following services to operate Enrichkit:

• Cloudflare: hosting and DNS
• Stripe: payment processing
• Mailtrap: transactional email
• PostHog: product analytics

We do not sell your data to anyone.

Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. API request logs are retained for 90 days. You can request account deletion by emailing us.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email quinten@enrichkit.dev.

We may update this policy. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the website.
